Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.
Full payment is due at the end of your service.
No refunds on completed treatments.
Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of your appointment.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or nail disorders prior to treatment by completing the Consultation Form.
Services may be refused if nails or skin are unsuitable.
Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow aftercare is not covered.
Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
Photos may be taken for portfolio/social media unless stated otherwise.
